Elaine Lehecka Pratt is a United Methodist trained Certified Lay Minister (CLM). She specializes in all things worship – writing daily devotions based on lectionary, preaching and leading worship, and creating liturgy and prayers. She also teaches online at www.beadisciple.com where her current courses are Promoting Discipleship Growth in Your Congregation, and 3 courses from the online CLM module program. She is also available to teach a condensed 2 hour workshop version of Promoting Discipleship Growth in Your Congregation on site or via Zoom.
Professionally, she is a retired college professor who was program director of and taught in the graduate program in pharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Stevens, Elaine spent many years in the pharmaceutical industry as a corporate middle manager and an independent industry consultant.
